We’re excited to provide everyone with an update

We’re excited to provide everyone with an update to our progress! Please enjoy these photos, as you can see The Wel’s exterior façade is almost entirely complete with all siding and masonry work, with only a few areas remaining. A few select windows have been left out for loading purposes, but all others have been installed. Balconies are 50% complete. All of the flat roof work and roof shingles has been completed, and the roof is loaded with HVAC equipment.

The pool railing, wooden guardrail, and ornamental fence at the north end of the creek have been installed and the retaining walls on the north and west sides of the building are currently under construction. The center courtyard pavers are also underway and looking great! Most exterior storefront doors have been installed and the main entrance curtain wall is currently underway as well.

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades are nearly complete throughout the whole building. Insulation and drywall in the building is about 75% completed and tilework and luxury vinyl flooring is now 50% complete, and so are the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Retaining walls on South Side complete and on North side are 50% complete.
Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical rough underway and 85% complete
Window installation underway and 98% complete
Siding is complete at the courtyard, complete at the creek area and around S. Pennsylvania to E. Hoffman. Siding is 80% complete on the project in total.
Drywall is complete in both Sector A & B units including the corridors. Drywall is 40% complete in Sector D.
Roofing is complete except for coping.
Exterior deck construction is complete.
Painting 90% complete in both A & B
Tile install is about 85% complete in Zone A & B
Cabinet install is about 85% complete in Zone A & B
Interior doors and trim underway and about 95% complete in Sector A & B
Rough in for MEP is underway in Sector C and 50% complete
Storefront installation is underway and about 50% complete
